Pre-orders
Yes! We have a large selection of templates for most bikes from year 2000 onwards. Email us to see if your bike is older than 2000. We show our kit designs on current bike models, but can transfer any design to the bike model you specify on the order page.
Yes! Just send us logos you want on the graphics and we will make our best
Yes! We charge a flat fee for full kit fitment to cover our employees time. You can choose the fitment option on each kit order page, and also add plastics if needed from our Plastics category in the Shop menu.
If you live close to us, you have the option to bring your bike or plastics in to us for graphics fitment onto your plastics. Please note however that we do not install to scratched / old / dirty plastics, they need to be clean and in good condition.
We do our best to provide accurate inventory levels from our plastic suppliers. However, in some cases, items with lower inventory may have all been sold. In this case, we will do our best to provide you with plastics of the same or similar color from another supplier, with the same price and quality. If plastics cannot be sourced, we will refund you the price of the plastics and proceed with the rest of your order, allowing you to source plastics locally if necessary. Note: If your graphic order has already been printed, a refund is not possible due to lack of plastic supplies. This is due to the nature of custom printing and the fact that each graphic kit is made individually for each customer and each order.

Yes! We will email you the proof so we can make changes if necessary.
Depending on turnaround time for current workload, your proof will be drafted and emailed as quickly as possible within the time frame specified on the order page.
Graphic changes are no problem! Just let us know what you need to change BEFORE any design work begins. Once printing has started on your order, the order is no longer changeable and non-refundable. Unfortunately, printers do not have an “Unprint” button. Orders for custom seat covers are final when the order is placed and cannot be changed. Please double check your order BEFORE checking out.
Shipment
Yes! We ship to all countries worldwide. You can view our products in your nearest currency by using our currency converter at the top of the page or in the sidebar on mobile devices. All orders are placed through checkout in Euros.
Generally orders are dispatched between 2 and 3 working days. Once approved, we print, laminate, cut and package your order for shipping. This is typically a 2-3 day process to ensure maximum quality.
MZR GRAPHICS ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. Once the package has been picked up at our headquarters, the post office assumes all liability. Don't be insecure! We encourage you to look in your mailbox, your neighbors, the back door, or any other place where you could have placed it. If you still cannot find the package, call the postal service and provide your tracking number. They may be able to provide you with further information. Sometimes if they can't find a "safe" place for it, they will take it back to the nearest post office and it can be picked up there. Help! I entered my delivery address incorrectly during checkout. Customs fees/duties
BEFORE SHIPPING: Please notify us IMMEDIATELY if an incorrect address is entered during checkout so we can update it prior to shipping. AFTER SHIPPING: If the item has already been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or delivered packages. We will not reship, replace or refund orders if they are lost due to incorrect addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct information.
We ship WORLDWIDE. HOWEVER, THE SHIPPING COSTS ARE FOR POSTAGE ONLY. PACKAGES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS OR DUTIES UPON ARRIVAL IN THE COUNTRY. International packages may be subject to customs duties, customs duties or other fees, calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs; Unfortunately, MZR Graphics has no influence on this. Delivery times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service.
